Mindful Acceptance Therapies, LLC currently uses the following fee schedule. Payment is due at the time services are rendered and may be accepted in the form of electronic check and all major credit/debit cards.
Individual Therapy (Initial Session) $225.00
Subsequent Individual Therapy Sessions $175.00
Assessments Variable Depending on Referral Question
Failure to notify of appointment cancellation within twenty-four hours will result in a fee of $50.00. Please keep in mind that many insurance companies do not cover the cost of cancellation fees.
We are an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurances; however, we can provide documentation upon request for you to file for reimbursement with your insurance company. Please consult with your insurance company prior to scheduling to confirm your plan’s policies.
