Below are some of the manuals* from which exercises will sometimes be used in the therapy sessions. Some patients find it helpful to purchase their own copy of the manual so that they can write out exercises on the pages and reflect on their progress over time while using it as a reference for future progress. Please discuss with your therapist whether any of these resources may be helpful to you in your recovery journey.
